Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited in connection with the Context platform and related services (the “Services”) provided by Explore Interfaces Inc. (“Context”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Customer Terms and Conditions or other agreement between Context and the customer governing use of the Services (the “Agreement”).

Overview

Customers are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their Authorized Users when using the Services, including compliance with this AUP. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. If this AUP conflicts with the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use, or permit any third party to use, the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or the rights of any person, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.

  • Engage in, promote, or facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities, including phishing, misrepresentation of identity or affiliation, or impersonation of any person or entity.

  • Exceed the scope of access granted under the Agreement, including the Usage Limitations, or circumvent any usage, metering, or billing mechanisms of the Services.

  • Access or use the Services for competitive analysis or to build, train, improve, or support a product or service that competes with the Services.

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party except as expressly permitted by the Agreement.

  • Support any activity where use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage, including life support systems, emergency services, nuclear facilities, autonomous vehicles, or air traffic control.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit, store, transmit, or generate through the Services any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening, or that incites violence or hatred.

  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material or otherwise exploits or harms minors.

  • Infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.

  • Contains Sensitive Data or other data that the Agreement prohibits you from submitting to the Services.

  • Contains Harmful Code or is designed to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

Security and Integrity

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, except pursuant to a security testing program expressly authorized by Context in writing.

  • Access the Services other than through interfaces provided or authorized by Context, or use credentials belonging to another person.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by imposing an unreasonable load on the Services’ infrastructure, launching denial-of-service attacks, or engaging in unauthorized scraping or crawling.

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Services or attempt to derive their source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

AI-Specific Requirements

The Services include features supported by AI technologies. In addition to the other requirements of this AUP, you may not:

  • Use Output to develop, train, or improve any AI models that compete with Context’s products or services.

  • Represent Output as human-generated where a reasonable person would be misled, or use the Services to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others.

  • Rely on Output as a sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (including employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or medical decisions) without appropriate human review.

  • Attempt to circumvent safety mitigations of the Services or any Third-Party Products integrated with the Services, or use the Services in violation of the acceptable use requirements of applicable Third-Party Products.

Enforcement

Context may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may, without limiting its other rights and remedies under the Agreement, remove or disable access to content, suspend access to the Services in accordance with the Agreement, or terminate the Agreement for material breach. Where practicable and permitted, Context will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before taking enforcement action. Context may report activity that it suspects violates any law to appropriate law enforcement officials or regulators and may cooperate with them, including by disclosing information as required by law.
