“Before Prospect, our team was drowning in reconciliation tasks that ate into our evenings and weekends. Now, everything syncs automatically and we can wrap up monthly close in a fraction of the time.”

common questions
We’re here to answer your questions.
We’ve designed Context to feel intuitive from day one—but here are some of our most common questions and answers.
What is Context?
An AI workspace and control plane that treats Office artifacts (Slides/PowerPoint, Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, email) as both the output and the UI. You speak in natural language; it ships client-ready decks, models, docs, and emails in your templates.
How is Context different from chatbots or “copilots”?
Context doesn’t just retrieve—it plans multi-step jobs across apps, keeps state and permissions end-to-end, and delivers finished artifacts. It unifies copilots into one brain (not one per app) and explicitly models temporal, logical, and workflow relations, going beyond RAG and simple enterprise search.
Assemble on-brand slides from your templates, manipulate ranges/charts in sheets, draft narratives/emails, and chain tasks (e.g., “Create the Q3 board deck, then draft the update email”).Delivers an immediate first draft, then visibly refines it in parallel (SparkTime) so you can nudge direction as it works.
Artifacts aim to be on-brand, on-template, and numerically correct with traceability (what sources, which versions, when). The system favors precision/provenance, escalates when confidence is low, and asks targeted questions or tags owners directly inside the artifact.
“Anything is ingestible” (docs, email, Slack, code, logs, schemas, dashboards), preserved with lineage and ACLs; agents enforce least-privilege at ingest, indexing, traversal, and fetch.
Reference-not-mirror: nodes store URIs; raw bytes fetched on demand via short-lived signed URLs with defense-in-depth checks.
Beyond writing, the agent runs tools (charts, Python, Slack, Snowflake) and writes results back with provenance.
How is it governed—and how do we get started & measure ROI?
Built-in governance: audit logs, data residency/retention, versioned lineage, deterministic re-runs, explainable paths. Reliability comes from seed-then-walk traversal and budgeted expansions; SleepTime compute heals and reinforces institutional memory over time.
Prosumer: start with your docs and templates. Enterprise: connect a few sources, pick high-value workflows, pilot with audit logging and controls on. Measure ROI via draft latency, artifact acceptance, correction rates, and % of workflows executed without human drafting.
Yes—your plan is always in your control. Downgrade, upgrade, or cancel without needing to contact support or jump through hoops. Your settings and data are preserved, so if you return later, you can pick up right where you left off. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.
